Private CLASSES

I offer private one to one and small group tuition. This is a wonderful way to personalise your yoga, pilates or somatic practice for each individual’s needs, interests and circumstances.

Private classes can centre around postural alignment, movement flow, somatic practice, meditation, relaxation and breath work.

It is also an opportunity to develop self-practice routines that support the cultivation of awareness of one’s own bodily needs and how to response in a kind and beneficial way.

Whether you're looking to learn the basics to give you confidence to join a class or to develop strength and ease in a more challenging yoga or pilates practice .

Assessment

In your first private - small group session, I’ll assess your individual needs, goals, and posture.

Ongoing sessions will focus on alignment, flow, somatic principles, breath work, and relaxation—helping you build supportive self-practice routines. Ensuring that every exercise is suited to your unique body.

Physical pain will most often create a mental (negative reaction).Having a somatic movement approach to Pilates or Yoga exercises and combining it with affirmation is a good process to help people get to better health.

It also treats motor dysfunction, mental limitations and solves issues concerning mind & body connections.

Using visualisation, imagery to connect our limbic system ( middle brain ) to unfold and unravel the body using images memories, fantasies to connect deeper into yourself & promote self healing .
