Celebrate your weekend with this unwinding and flow pilates class, ideal to release accumulated tension, undo work related postures, offering a path to improved health, promoting more freedom, strength, functionality, confidence, joyfulness and vitality for practitioners of all age .

The sessions are greatly influenced by Laura’s 30+ years background as a professional contemporary dancer and choreographer; a career informed by a lifetime of movement and somatic exploration, and a love of movement and self expression.

Inspiral Pilates Flow draws from various fields of somatic practice, such as Yoga, Gyrokinesis, Qigong, Feldenkrais and Release Technique .

Laura’s approach to Pilates is very fluid and creative, as she firmly believes that wellness knows no age, she will encourage students to listen and trust their body awareness, to embody the concept of finding strength based on softness of the core, flow, rhythm and integration between the body and space we move in.

Classes are filled with rich imagery, visualisation  and evocative questions that will draw students into their physicality, providing a space to reflect on life and to also smile at it on and off the mat.
